PaperGirl's Solo Exhibition

Picture
BoBo Pam Yee - brainchild and creator behind "PAPERGIRL", expresses herself through her drawings and says writing has become her lifeline.  It is not an exaggeration to say that her creations are the essence of who she is.  Every line, every curve, every dot tells a story, a narrative of her life's experiences and of the people she loves - her family and friends.  Her style brings one back to familiar places - one of Joy, Love and Warmth  And that is all she wishes to convey as she brings to life the different characters and emotions on Papergirl.  For it is only through her simple strokes on paper that PAPERGIRL comes Alive!.

In her own words :
"When I don't draw,
I feel my world shrinking.
I feel I am in a prison.....
I feel I lose my fire and my colour.
Like the sea which needs to heave,
I too need to breathe...."

Come down to
56 Eng Hoon St #01-68, Tiong Bahru Estate
to share her joys and experiences!

Exhibition runs from 15 May to 15 June 2012
